Manitoba Latest Draw

Manitoba draw is held monthly bar some exceptions. The latest was held on the 23rd of February 2023. You can expect the next draw around the same date next month.

Before we learn what actually went down in the latest Manitoba draw, we must understand what Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program is.

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program or MPNP was Canada’s first-ever PNP. This draw makes sure that the economic, labor, and population needs of the Manitoba province are fulfilled by inviting immigrants with the required skills to fill up those gaps. Over 4000 ITAs (Invitation to Apply) are sent every year.

MPNP is formed of base and enhanced streams (Express entry linked). All the possible ways through which one can gain PR in Manitoba are as follows:

  1. Skilled Worker in Manitoba Stream.
  2. Skilled Worker Overseas Stream.
  3. Manitoba Business Investor Stream.
  4. International Education Stream.
  5. Modern Community Driven Initiative.

The express entry draws are selective and targeted draws that enable the government to send ITAs to the applicants with the Highest CRS scores. People who do not qualify for CRS  can apply for provincial nomination. If accepted, the provincial nomination will provide the applicant 600 CRS points, these 600 CRS points plus the already present points will guarantee an ITA for the applicant.

A grand total of 583 ITAs were sent this draw by the Manitoba province.

Lowest ranked candidate score: 615

INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION STREAM

SKILLED WORKERS OVERSEAS
