- An eligible candidate of at least 18-years old and applied to the UAE university or a college.

2.1 passing medical fitness test
2.2 a visa sponsor, either the university itself or a parent or relative
2.3 approval of the relevant General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA).
The following documents are required for the UAE visa application:
- Valid passport with at least six months left and two blank visa pages,
- A valid passport and fours photocopies of the same,
- 12 passport size photographs,
- An admission offer letter from a UAE university or college,
- Bank statements as a shred of evidence showing sufficient funds to study in UAE,
- Proof of accommodation or tenancy agreement,
- copy of tuition fee receipt for the current study year program
- A copy of visa fees receipt for the same,
- Postgraduate students present proof that their undergraduate degree is from a recognized university or college.
Additionally, upon arrival of the candidate, they need to undergo a medical examination at an authorized centre.
Now comes the validity of the UAE student visa. Currently, the authority providing a student’s visa for one year. At the renewable time, for a similar period upon official proof of continuation of a study issued from the relevant higher educational institute in the UAE for which the student got enrolled. A candidate also avails of a long-term visa as per their outstanding academic performance. This visa is valid for 5-years as per the UAE government.
